NJF Worldwide LLC is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) that specializes in a range of industries including direct source manufacturing, branding, logistics and tailored medical & laboratory supply chain. We partner with global leaders to assist with product development, sourcing and supply chain management to ensure quality and success of production. NJF Worldwide has established relationships within the United States and internationally to source, manufacture and import various products from a wide array of markets. We specialize in the manufacturing and supply of large scale medical devices and equipment such as laboratory consumables, safety packaging, at-home testing kits, PPE, In Vitro tests, VTM specimen collection and clinical devices.

NJF Worldwide has sold over 163 million dollars in goods and services in the past 18 months and we would love to continue to work with our fellow veterans, state and local government agencies, private and public sector companies, Tier 1 primes, Veterans affairs, or anyone who is in need of our tailored supply chain and vast array of business capabilities. Although we specialize in direct source manufacturing and end-to-end supply chain, we also offer services for custom apparel and novelties, screenprinting, embroidery, cut & sew manufacturing and custom uniforms through our NJF Print department. In addition, we also provide media content creation, photography & videography services and digital media production through our NJF Studios department. NJF Studios features a 2,000 square ft. cyclorama wall, a 1200 square ft. green screen and state of the art equipment. NJF Studios is a creative space that can be utilized for all videography and photography needs including but not limited to; commercials, promotional videos, product shoots, podcasts, music video production, photoshoots, lifestyle & art shoots, etc. We are basically a one-stop-shop for anyone looking to bring their brands, products or business ideas to life!

NJF Worldwide was honored to receive the 2022-2023 Disabled Veteran Business of the Year from the NJ State Veterans Chamber of Commerce. CEO Ryan Leonard served in the U.S. Army for eight years and was deployed during Operation Iraqi Freedom, serving as an 88M and managing a multi-billion dollar warehouse operation that required top secret security clearance for movement of sensitive items. After returning home from his deployment, Leonard used the knowledge and experience he gained from the Army to grow NJF Worldwide LLC into a direct source manufacturing company that produces various products from a wide array of markets. Over the past three years, NJF Worldwide has provided organizations like FEMA, NYCEM, Boston Public Schools, NECA, and various state/local government agencies with over 35 million medical test kits, PPE, laboratory supplies, custom packaging, apparel and more. Leonard cites “selfless service” as one of the core values that has guided his life and helped him grow NJF Worldwide from a company selling custom t-shirts out of his car to a leader in global manufacturing and distribution.
