Curd, honey and egg
- Take 6 tablespoons of curd
- Two tablespoons of honey
- Add one egg I’d prefer removing the York but you can add it and mix them all together
- Apply it on your hairs from tip to end and leave it for 20 minutes approx. Wash it and then seen the difference.
Curd, Quinoa and Bringraj
Bringraj is also known as keshraj in Assamese, is a medicinal herb, It grows in moist areas. According to Ayurveda the leaves of this plants helps in cleaning our liver and are especially good for hairs. It is regarded as Rasayan that rejuvenates and slow down the process of ageing. Bhringraj oil is easily available in market. Mixing Bhringraj with oil will strengthen your hairs.
- Take 3 tablespoons of curd, 3 tablespoons of Quinoa oil and 1 tablespoon of Bhringraj oil mix it in a bowl.
- Mask it for about 50 minutes make sure it covers all of your hairs from root to tip, then after 50 min wash off.
You can also try curd with aloe vera and curd+ coconut oil+ almond oil+ Aragon oil.
No matter how good and healthy a thing is but handle them without knowledge can be harmful.
